AI should remove work, not add another tool.
Finance teams don't need another dashboard to check. They need systems that do the routine work and surface the exceptions.
About BancoOS
BancoOS was founded to build a better operating layer for finance teams in Vietnam, starting with the workflows where complexity, compliance and manual work collide.
We believe the next generation of finance software will not be another ERP or another AI tool layered on top of legacy workflows. It will be an intelligent operating system that understands how money, documents, approvals, suppliers and compliance move through a business.
Why we exist
Invoices arrive through multiple channels. Purchase orders live in one system. Approvals happen in email. Reconciliation happens in spreadsheets. Compliance is checked separately.
The result is not a lack of software. It is a lack of connection between the systems finance teams already depend on.
BancoOS was founded to solve that problem.
Our founding team brings together two perspectives: enterprise software and go-to-market experience, combined with decades of firsthand procurement and operational experience inside major businesses in Vietnam.
Perspective 01
How complex products are positioned, sold, implemented and adopted inside large organizations — and what it takes to earn enterprise trust.
Perspective 02
Two decades inside supplier management, purchase processes and approvals in Vietnamese businesses — the exact workflows BancoOS is designed to improve.
Founders

Founder & CEO
LinkedInMayank Sharma is the Founder and CEO of BancoOS, bringing 13+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, sales and go-to-market.
Across global technology companies and high-growth startups, he has helped take complex products to market, enter new regions and build repeatable enterprise growth engines.
After spending more than a decade commercializing other companies' products, Mayank decided to build one himself.
At BancoOS, he combines deep customer insight with product thinking, AI-assisted development and enterprise GTM experience to build an AI-native finance operating system for Vietnam, starting with Accounts Payable.
His focus is simple: build technology that solves meaningful operational problems and earns its place at the centre of how businesses run.
“The best enterprise software doesn't ask customers to change how their business works. It removes the work that shouldn't exist in the first place.”

Co-Founder & COO
LinkedInTrang is the Co-Founder and COO of BancoOS and brings more than 20 years of procurement and operational experience in Vietnam.
She has led procurement functions across major hospitality, food and retail organizations, including Pizza Hut Vietnam, Paris Baguette and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
Her experience comes from being inside the workflows BancoOS is designed to improve: managing suppliers, purchase processes, approvals and the operational complexity that sits between procurement and finance.
At BancoOS, Trang brings local market knowledge, domain expertise and direct insight into how Vietnamese businesses actually operate.
Her role is to ensure BancoOS is not simply built for Vietnam in theory, but shaped by the realities of companies operating there.
“Technology only creates value when it fits the reality of how people actually work.”
Enterprise software fails when products are built without understanding how customers buy, implement and adopt them.
BancoOS was built around both sides of that equation.
Mayank brings more than a decade of experience building and selling enterprise SaaS. Trang brings more than two decades of firsthand experience inside the procurement and operational environments BancoOS is designed for.
Together, we combine commercial execution with domain knowledge, global SaaS experience with local Vietnam expertise, and customer access with the ability to turn customer insight into product.
Why Vietnam
Vietnam is rapidly digitizing its financial infrastructure while businesses continue to manage many critical workflows across disconnected systems, spreadsheets and manual processes.
We see an opportunity to build software around local financial infrastructure, compliance requirements and the realities of how businesses operate, rather than adapting products originally designed for another market.
Vietnam is our starting point. The ambition is much larger.
What we believe
Finance teams don't need another dashboard to check. They need systems that do the routine work and surface the exceptions.
In markets like Vietnam, local infrastructure and regulation need to be part of the product architecture.
AI can make recommendations, but people should remain in control of decisions involving money.
We are building BancoOS around the realities of finance operations in Vietnam, including local compliance, e-invoicing infrastructure, ERP ecosystems and banking workflows.
Our starting point is Accounts Payable because it sits at the intersection of procurement, suppliers, finance, payments and compliance.
Our long-term ambition is larger: to build the intelligent operating layer for finance across Southeast Asia.
